对于neo的学习，我每天都坚持四十五分钟的学习，每周都要读完老师要求的六千分，并确保在一周之内有六天的学习时间。
首先一定要完成最基础的每天四十五分钟，这四十五分钟最好是连贯的完整的时间段，并在一个较为安静的场所进行学习，使自己完全地投入进去，提高效率。其次在空余时间也可以进行碎片化的学习，也会提高我们的效率。
通过neo的学习，让我对单词有了更好地掌握，通过模仿和练习，我逐渐掌握了英语的发音技巧，学会了正确的语调和语音，使我的发音更加规范标准，让我变得更加自信，这让我能够更加自然地表达自己的想法。例如，我现在可以在同学面前大声地展示英语。
