节气来源

Grain Rain is the 6th solar term and the last solar term of spring. It falls around April 19–21 every year. The name comes from the saying "Rain nurtures hundreds of grains" - rainfall increases sharply, moistening newly planted crops and helping grains grow vigorously. It marks the end of cold spells and the fast rise of temperature, connecting farming, nature and folk culture closely.
谷雨是二十四节气中的第6个节气，也是春季最后一个节气，每年4月19—21日交节。取自“雨生百谷”之意，此时降水明显增加，滋润秧苗、助力作物茁壮成长，标志着寒潮结束、气温快速回升，是融合农耕、自然与民俗的重要时节。
节气习俗

谷雨茶

Fresh tea picked on Grain Rain is clear, green and fragrant. People believe it clears heat, protects eyes and brings good luck, warding off bad things.
谷雨采制的春茶色泽翠绿、香气醇和，民间认为喝谷雨茶能清火明目、辟邪祈福，带来一整年的平安顺遂。

食香椿

It’s a classic custom in northern China. Tender toon before Grain Rain is nutritious and delicious, just like the saying goes: "Toon before the rain is as tender as silk".
北方有谷雨食香椿的习俗，雨前香椿嫩如丝，鲜香营养，是迎接暮春的时令美味。

赏牡丹

Peonies are known as "the flower of Grain Rain". They bloom beautifully around this solar term, so people go out to enjoy flowers, walk in spring and welcome the warmth of late spring.
牡丹被称为“谷雨花”，谷雨前后花开最盛，人们踏青赏花、漫步迎春，尽享暮春风光。
